WOW DAD, coming up on 9 years (09/18/2013), sure do miss you! I'm 66 now and retiring, dealing with Social Security, Medicare and Booth Manor Senior Apartment Complex... Remembering coming up to Montello to see you & Mom and going out bow & gun deer hunting... Look forward to seeing you guys again - say hi to Mom and give her a big hug from both of us!

Betty Joe, Ray, Randy, and Russ. I just saw the notice for Jerry. Wish I could have been there but I was out of town. My condolences to all of you at this time. Thanks Ricky Gease for sharing the short clip from Alaska. It is just as I remember him from Poplar Ave. Prayers to all of you.

Dear Betty Jo and family;
Our Prayers and Blessing from Bunny and I.
We really loved being able to see Jerry in Alaska - thanks Russ.
About two years ago we got to listen to Jerry and our Auntie sing the song "My name is Yon Yohnson and I come from Wisconsin..." for about forty times, each enjoying a cigarette and laughing as they sang together in new found harmony.
Now both are singing in Heaven's Choir.

Betty and family,
We are so saddened to hear of Jerry's passing. He will be dearly missed by everyone and I will miss our visits on your deck and his wonderful sense of humor. Jerry was one of the first people that made me feel truly welcome at The Peoples Church and I will forever grateful for that. Our thoughts, love, and prayers go out to your family.

Betty Jo and Family .. Our prayers and thoughts are with all of you at this time .. Many , many memories of all the great times are families have had over the years .. Jerry will always be remembered by me as one of my strongest and most reliable friends .. I am so thankful that Jerry had the opportunity to come to Alaska and explore and fish with me .. Bless Russ for bringing him and Betty Jo for letting him come up here... We talked about the next time we would see each other and we both knew it would be on the other side ..
