Jim will be forever young in our hearts and minds as we got to know him best when our girls were in school together from Irving days, on forward to Nathan Hale! Our thoughts are with the entire Blask family now as you have lost such an important part of your loving family:(

I did not know Jim well at all. Since graduation, I have seem him only once, and it was he who called me over after Mass one Sunday in Pewaukee. He probably wouldn't even recall the meeting, but it had an impact on me. He was a friend in a storm. From what I read, that was Jim: always, anytime open to every one! He is now gone from us, but he is where he was destined all his life to be-with The Father! Our condolences to his surviving friends and family.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Blask family and friends of Jim. We have got to know the Blask family much closer through our other daughter Mikie and Jim and Carol's joining the WM Lions club. We will miss him and his deep love of Badger and Packer Sports. May he rest in peace. God Bless his family and friends.

Jim welcomed my husband Brian into his family with open arms as he has done with countless others. Through his daughter Anne, we were blessed to meet and grow to love the entire Blask clan. He and Carol have raised a loving, welcoming, vivicious brood where his legacy of service, love and fun will blaze on. His love for his family, friends and community shone through in all he did and while his presence will be missed and grieved, he will live on through all those he has nurtured and loved. Much love to the entire Blask family.

Thinking of the entire Blask family during this sad time. Know you are in our thoughts and prayers, and find comfort in knowing Jim's no longer tired'. I bet he's up with all the other angels talking about all his conspiracy theories....

Jim was a larger than life individual. We have many, many fond memories of him through volleyball and golf and life in general. He will be sorely missed.
