Jerome Schell Obituary

Schell, Jerome Szelmeczki Jerome Casimir Schell age 84, passed away Friday, September 29, 2017 at the Wisconsin Veterans Home in King, Wisconsin. Jerry was born February 2, 1933 to Harry and Anna Szelmeczki in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the oldest of 3 children. He graduated from Marquette High School in 1951.Jerry is survived by his children Dave (Nina), Dan (Cheryl),Doug (Colleen), and Karin (Steve Marcus); grandchildren Chris, Brittney, LaBella, Pat, Abby, Lauren, Pat, Natalie and Evan; siblings Maryann Roth and Tom Szelmeczki; and nieces and nephews. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents Harry and Anna Szelmeczki and his beloved Patricia. Memorial Mass will be held at 2:00PM on Monday, October 9, 2017 at St. Bruno Catholic Parish 226 W. Ottawa Ave. Dousman, WI 53118 with Father Dan Volkert officiating. The family will greet friends from 1:00-2:00 PM before the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Stoughton VFW post # 328 200 Veterans Rd, Stoughton WI. 53589. Complete obituary at Haaselockwoodfhs.com
