Joyce R. Tamms

Tamms, Joyce R. (Nee Mutz ) Age 82, after a brief illness with cancer and with her family by her side, Joyce peacefully went to meet Howie in Heaven on October 22, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Howard Tamms, loving mother of Pamela (Rick) Klett, Ross Tamms, Scott (Lori) Tamms. Grandmother to Amanda Klett (Dana Timm), Ricky Klett, Cheslie Tamms and Austin Tamms. Great-Grandmother to Avery, Ethan and Isaiah Timm. Further survived by many other loving family members and friends. It was Joyce's' wishes to donate her body to the Medical College of Wisconsin. Visitation will be held at St Catherine's of Alexandria, 8661 N 76th Place, Milwaukee, on Saturday October 31, 2015 from 9:00AM to 10:30AM with a memorial mass immediately following. Mom's greatest joy was to spend time with her family. She was very proud of her grandchildren and all of their accomplishments. She was blessed to have so many nieces and nephews, who throughout her life, surrounded her with love and always included her in all their special family events. Mom was also blessed to have Ruth Thorn as a lifelong friend and companion. Pam and Scott would also like to acknowledge their brother Ross, who spent the last several years caring for both Mom and Dad. His kindness, generosity, support and love will never be forgotten.
