Len, You were one of my best friends growing up. I hated the day you moved and we slowly lost touch. Reconnecting with you again and being able to talk to you was great. I had missed talking to you for many years and now I miss you even more. Anyone that knew you was a better person for it.

When I think of Len, I remember the SC Johnson conference in Baveno, Italy a few years ago. That's the first time we met in person. He left a great impression. I wish Eileen, Cassidy & Cade strenght in difficult times

Len had such an impact on my life, I don't know where I'd be right now if it weren't for him. When I worked for him quite a few years ago, he encouraged me to go back to school and earn my business degree and then supported me throughout the process. He took a genuine interest in me and my own success. I'm a better person for having known him and he will always be a part of me. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and all who loved him. He was truly a great man.

He was very well liked and respected by everyone who knew him, and there are many stories of how he helped improve the lives of people who he worked with. The anxiety a baby experiences during birth may occur because the baby knows nothing but the womb. If the baby knew what was to come the anxiety may not exist! We are that baby and cannot comprehend what comes next so we too are anxious about death. Our family derived some comfort from this analogy! We hope you do too!

I knew Len for many years at SCJ. Whether it was in just a regular meeting or recruiting at Cornell, spending time with Len was always uniquely energizing.
I always looked forward to time with Len - he always lit up the room with his smile and sense of humor.
Len will be missed greatly by all of us. The Cayer family has all of you in our prayers.
