Mike was a good friend of mine and a coworker. You could not find a kinder, nicer person. We attended many Marquette basketball games together. Mike saw most of their games since the days when he played coronet in the band.

Mike was raised by the Moose at their Mooseheart, Illinois "City of Children" along with three of his siblings after their parents died.

One of Mike's earliest projects converted JCI's control air lines from copper to plastic with all of the necessary product redesigns and agency approvals. Mike loved his annual Canadian fishing trips and deer hunting in Wisconsin with several of his coworkers. Mike could be found playing sheepshead most every noon and was an excellent bowler in the JCI league. Mike rarely missed JCI's quarterly retiree luncheons and will be missed.
