Myesha Bledsoe Obituary

Bledsoe, Myesha Varshia Was granted her angel wings on February 14, 2015. Her final days were spent laughing, loving and enjoying life with her family and friends that she touched in a big way throughout her short, yet very memorable life. Myesha's life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by her understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. From her contagious smile, to her gorgeous waves in her hair, on to her vicious crossover on the basketball court she brought so much joy to her family and friends. Myesha gave us all such courage and hope and reminded us of the preciousness of life. She loved to be the life of the party and was always there when you needed her. From Myesha's distinct sense of style with her colorful Polo's on down to her favorite Girbaud or Levi jeans. Myesha is survived by her loving grandmother and mother, Sarah McCullum and Cheryl Evans (Moo-Moo); sisters Charmaine and Rekenya Hilliard; and one nephew Tyler Hilliard and a host of family and friends. She is predeceased by her great-gandmother Mytris Cotton; loving granddad Della McCullum; grandmother, Author Lee Bledsoe; and father Terry Bledsoe. Services: The Way of the Cross Missionary Baptist Church 1401 W. Hadley St. Milw., WI 53206. Saturday, February 21, 2015, 10:00 AM Viewing; 11:00 AM Service.

I remember Myesha most from high school. Walking down the halls of Washington with her purple and gold on. She was very popular and always had a crowd around her. And yes, she smiled and laughed constantly. You will me missed on and off the court. Rest in peace Myesha.
