Carrie and family,

I am so sorry to learn of Rich's passing. He was a wonderful person, pleasant to run into, pleasant to work with when I was in the same department years ago. He left quite a positive legacy at Northwestern Mutual - so many appreciate how nice and helpful he was to all. Carrie, I can't imagine your pain but please know that so many people are thinking of you and praying for you all at this difficult time. My condolences to you, your sons and all who knew and loved him.
