Sobanski, Richard P. "Dick" Entered God's loving arms Wednesday, October 2, 2013. Age 82. Loving husband of Carleen (nee Cieslak). Father of Joyce and Brien. Step-father of Andrew (Margaret) Chmiel. Proud grandpa of Matthew, Allison, and Jacob. Brother of Carol Powers. Cherished uncle of Susan Susnik, Mark Powers and Scott Powers. Great-uncle of Melanie and Michael. Brother-in-law of Ronald (Nancy) Cieslak, Shirley (Richard) Sternig, Linda (the late Jim) Monte, and Sheryl Callow. He will also be missed by other relatives and many friends, especially his card club. Retiree of Wisconsin Electric. He will fondly be remembered as a generous and loving man. The family gives special thanks to all the staff in the ICU Annex at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. A Gathering will be at the Funeral Home on Monday, October 7, 4PM -5:45PM. Memorial Service at 6PM.

I appreciate the many kind things Dick did for my mom, Florence, over the years. He will be missed.

Carleen and family,
Dick will surely be missed. My favorite memory, that still brings a smile to my face, were the sheepshead card games at family gatherings. He would say "Marlene, you lead". He would be looking at me and we would all start laughing.
You are all in my thoughts and prayers.....
