Clarey, Robert T. "Bob" "Coach Clarey" Died peacefully at home on Saturday, July 12, 2014, age 85 years. Beloved husband of Ann (nee Polachek). Loving dad of Pat (Deanna), Chris (Sue) and Dave Clarey. Proud grandpa of Sean, Ryan, Shannon, Aidan, Caitlin, Peytan and Logan. Dear brother of Jim (Bonnie) Clarey. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family, friends and former athletes whom he coached. Bob was a retired supervisor with the United States Postal Service, a U.S. Army veteran serving during the Korean War, a member of the Korean Last Mans Club and a member of Federal Post No. 203, American Legion. "Coach Clarey" coached both the Boys and Girls golf teams and started the girl's team at St. Thomas More High School, was the League Director of basketball at Beulah Brinton Community Center for over 25 years and assisted the girl's basketball team at Brookfield Academy. Visitation at the Funeral Home Thursday, July 17, 2014, 5:00-8:00 PM. Visitation also on Friday, 9:30-10:30 AM at ST. AUGUSTINE OF HIPPO CHURCH, 2530 S. Howell Ave. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM. Interment and military honors at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church Cemetery.
