Cliff, Dean, Debbie, Linda, and Chris,

We are truly saddened by Ruthie's passing, but inspired by the legacy that she has left behind. Rarely, do you see such a dedicated wife, mother, and friend. Her reach to me and my family since childhood, and the many GREAT memories of family gatherings will always bring a smile to my face, especially, when she was trying to marry me off :). Please know that every prayer, thought and sympathy are with you and your family during this time. As for Ruthie, I will seek her guidance and loving touch throughout my life... Love, Kriss, Quinn, Shea and Kevin

Cliff, Dean, Debbie, Linda and Chris:
The friendship between the Rempala's and the Wohkittel's all started back in 1967 when Ruth came knocking on my mother's door selling Avon. They soon realized that they spoke the same 1st language which sparked an immediate friendship. My mother still has that Avon receipt dated back from 1967. Ruth has done a lot to help out my mother and our family over the years, all of which this family will be forever grateful for. It hasn't quite sunk in yet. My mother still expects to see Ruth coming up the driveway for a visit. She was a very special person and a dear friend who will be greatly missed.

Your mother has been a part of my family's life for 40+ plus years as a neighbor and a friend. She will be missed. I will always remember her and my mother on their many diet adventures and all of the neighborhood cook outs we had throughout the years. Remember she is now in a better place and she will be watching over you.

I was sorry to hear about your loss of your wife and mother. As you know our families have been friends for a long time. We spent many years as campers. I understand that her last years were not the easiest, but knowing the five of you, spent countless hours making it as easy as you could for her.

Dear Family,
I could never express how much Ruth meant to me through the years. My memories go back to the day she first set foot in the United States to meet her new family. As a newly wed and new Mom, she had so much to learn and digest. As her sister-in-law, I admired her love for her new husband and family, her patience in learning our language, her decency and big heart. she loved her children as her family grew and was always a fine example to them. Ruth and I had so many years together, but never enough years. I will always cherish our time spent together even though LIFE separated us. She will be greatly missed.---Margo (Rempala) Arndt
