It's hard to believe that that Fr. Brundage's third anniversary of death is soon to be remembered. I remember Fr. Tom as a very talented person who was able to connect with the right people to get things done. He worked with Rosemarie Feiza-Lenz in developing a SPRED program for persons with special needs which has grown to cover many parishes. He also worked on some of the renovations in St. Peter and Paul
Church and rectory before I arrived in 2006. He loved working in Alaska. I will remember him in my masses and prayers that day.

I just learned of Fr. Tom's passing today. He was one of the pastors at SSPP when I went through RCIA in 2004. While he had a great sense of humor, it was his deeply meaningful homilies I recall the most. Bless you, Fr. Tom. You will be missed.

It is hard to believe that we are at the second anniversary of the passing of Fr. Tom Brundage. He had a heart for the poor and those disadvantaged. When pastor at SS Peter and Paul,he encouraged a parishioner to initate a new program of religious education called SPRED for special people. That program had already expanded by the time I became pastor of SS Peter and Paul. God bless you Fr. Tom. Rest in peace.

It's hard to believe that we are approaching Fr. Tom's first anniversary of death. I remember meeting him when Fr. Steve Lampe and I went to Mexico for a wedding of a mutual friend of Fr. Tom from the Marriage Tribunal. Rest in peace faithful servant of God.

So sorry to hear of Tom's passing, my condolences to family and friends. Growing up in Milwaukee I was friends with Tom's little sister Ann Kristen. I think we both looked up to Tom. So happy to read of his life well lived, and with much love as I read these comments. And glad to see the photo with his sparkly blue eyes! Bless us all.

Fr. Tom was pastor at SS Peter and Paul Parish when my children were at Catholic East, which was our parish school. He gave our daughter Hannah her First Communion and he was a great cheerleader for Catholic East. I remember when he was sent to Alaska while at SSPP and him not so excited about it, but when he returned he had great stories to tell in his homilies! I wasn't surprised when he took a position there at a pastor. I will always remember him for his humbleness and his passion for justice. The Church has lost a great person and priest. Rest in Peace, Father Tom.

Father Tom we will miss you. May God bless you and may Christ welcome you home a good and faithful servant. You remain an outstanding role model to young priests who affirm our faith; who live our creed and who firmly believe and live all tenets of the Roman Catholic faith. Intercede for us and for our young religious.

As a teacher at St. Jerome School, I noticed many times when Fr. Tom quietly did extra-special things for the students. For example, his involvement in the 8th grade trip to Washington, D.C. allowed the students to visit the Basilica ("America's Catholic Church") and, through essays he asked for about the Basilica, the students had an opportunity to reflect on their time at St. Jerome School and their Faith. When Mrs. Lane did her unit on the Iditarod, because of his love for Alaska, his involvement made the learning uniquely special for her 4th graders.
I'm pretty sure that, for Fr. Tom, a big part of Heaven is in Alaska. Rest in Peace.

On behalf of the Doucette Family, I offer condolences & deepest sympathies to the Brundage Family.

Tom and I were classmates at MUHS and MU, and I shall remember him always as a kind and decent man. I was humbled to read of his life accomplishments, but not surprised Tom proved capable of attaining them.

May God hold each of you gently in the palm of his hand, as you grieve his earthly death. Know Tom is now in a far better place, and watching over all of you into eternity.
