For some reason this tribute to Athan Vrentas showed up in my email. I lived in an Independence, Missouri apartment complex with his family as a newlywed. Athan was a beautiful little boy and I see he grew up to be a handsome, accomplished man. I´m very sad his life was cut short so young. My condolences to his family. I remember John and Maria very well.

Remembering my cousin Athan. His life will continue not only through his sons but eternally through our faith. The pain now will not last forever. The love he had and has WILL live forever. May our God keep you strong until we all meet again in His Kingdom

My condolences. I worked with Athan at Sprint. He was a lovely and kind man. He was so proud of his boys and had much love and respect for his wife, Athena.

May the God of all comfort strengthen your family during this time of sorrow. Those who pass away in death, God keeps in his memory because they are precious in his eyes. (Psalm 116:15) You have my deepest condolences.
