Richard L. "Dick" Binder, 81, of Minden, passed away on April 29, 2024, at his home. Funeral service is at 11 a.m. Monday, May 6, at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Minden with the Rev. William Zwick officiating. The service will be streamed to the church's YouTube page. Military honors will be presented following the service outside of the church. Interment is at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 7, at the Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery in Lincoln. Visitation is from 4-6 p.m. Sunday, May 5, at Craig Funeral Home in Minden. Memorials are suggested to the Minden American Legion or the Heartwell Veterans of Foreign Wars. Arrangements are under the care of Craig Funeral Home in Minden.
