Eva Rule Sanders Woodruff

WOODRUFF Eva Rule Sanders, 98, widow of Andrew F. Sanders and Arthur Woodruff, died Fri., Jan. 13, 2006 at Pine Meadows Health Center. She retired after 32 years as a secretary for South Eastern Greyhound Bus Lines, born in Ansted, W.VA. daughter of the late John S. and Carrie Lee Ferguson Rule and she was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. Surviving are four daughters, Nancy Sanders Amster, Lexington, Carolla [Morey] Hider, Billie [Melvin] Flynn all of Mobile, AL and Joanne [Ed] Fox, Lake Junaluska, NC, six grandchildren and six great grandchildren, one nephew, Edward F. [Joanne] Sellier, Jr. Lexington and one niece, Betty Bryson, Lexington. Graveside services will be 3 pm Mon. in the Lexington Cemetery conducted by Jay D. Robison, PhD. There will be no visitation.
