Jeffrey Orien Schlegel June 4, 1990 – May 29, 2025 Eyota, MN – Jeffrey Orien Schlegel, age 34, of Eyota, Minnesota, passed away unexpectedly in his sleep on May 29, 2025. Jeff was born on June 4, 1990, in Rochester, MN, to Martin and Jean Marie Schlegel. He was a loving son, brother, and uncle, and he truly cherished the time spent with his nieces and nephew. Jeff will be remembered for his fun-loving nature, infectious personality, unique spirit, and his love of golf. His friends and family valued his kindness, goofiness, and the light he brought into their lives. He is survived by his parents, Martin and Jean Marie (Sandvold) Schlegel; his sister, Sarah (Justin) Wills of Waunakee, WI, and their children: Jada, Sage, and Zion Wills; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Melvin and Mary Sandvold, and Jerry and Mary Schlegel. In accordance with the family's wishes, there will be no formal service. Friends are encouraged to celebrate Jeff's spirit in their own meaningful way, holding his memory in their hearts and prayers.
