Hilda Loftin Obituary

KINSTON - Hilda Loftin, 71, of 2147 N.C. 58 South, died Tuesday, March 4, 2008, at Lenoir Memorial Hospital. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 8, at Swinson Funeral Home with Eldress Sweetie Wooten officiating. Interment will follow at Southview Cemetery. Survivors include mother, Bellonia Loftin of Virginia; daughters Teresa Aytch of Chapel Hill, Cassandra Loftin of La Grange, Veronica Edwards and Yovanda Foy, both of Kinston; sons David Loftin of California, Calvin Loftin and Angelo Loftin both of Kinston, Nelson Loftin of Houston and Travis Foye of Durham; sisters Thelma Ingram and Rose Davis, both of Kinston and Ester Belamy, Joyce Grady and Elmer Morris, all of Virginia; brother James McCoy of Richmond, Va.; 17 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 3-8 p.m. Friday, March 7, at the funeral home.
