Inez Giacometti Obituary
Inez E. Giacometti born on July 21, 1920, in Muscatine, IA, to Agnes and Harry Wright; one of 10 children. She died January 30, 2021, in Port Orchard. After graduating West Liberty High she married Harold Slach and they had two children Mary Ann (Boulanger) and Harold William aka Bill. Later she married John A. Giacometti and they had a son Jeff.
She was a waitress most of her life. She worked at the Olympic on Pacific Avenue, The Melody Lane, the Port Gamble Hotel and many others. She loved to dance.
She is survived by her sons Bill (Chris) and Jeff; two grandchildren Tom and Jeanne Slach, and a great-grandson Justen Cracraft. Per her request - no services. The family would like to thank Hospice and Liberty Place for the care she received in her final days.

I first met Inez (& John) when I visited Chris & Bill from Australia in 2006, then again with Gary in 2011. It was a privilege to have known her - what a long life she lived!! Inez will always be remembered - sweet rest dear lady.

I was a health care provider for both Inez and John. She was one of the kindest people I have ever meet. Her greatest moments were shared with her son, going to the casino to have lunch and do a little gambling. she was one lucky lady! I will never forget your kind soul
