Erik, so sorry to hear about your loss. We really feel for you, and your family. Hope to see you when you come back. Sorry to see you get more than your share of some of the terrible things that happen to people in this life. You have lots of experience dealing with adversity, so you can rely on that. You'll have to, huh? We're with you, our friend!
Hang in there....as best you can...of course.
See ya....

Dearest Kramer Family,
I did not know Griffen, or your family, however, I write this note to extend my deepest condolences to you, Mom, Dad and the rest of Griffen's family. It is not naturally for us to loose children. I lost my son in a similar tragedy 5 years ago. I can only say that the grief, agony, why?, what if?, Should haves, would haves, and could haves are a very normal part of the grief process. However, nothing you could have done could change the course of events for Griffen. God has him in his loving arms, he is happy and safe. My heart was broken when I lost my son, as I know yours is. I can only asure you that slowly in time, scare tissue builds a stronger heart. Mishappen perhaps, and certainly never the same, but it does get better. May our loving Father in Heaven Bless you and keep you in his care. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Marshawn, we met many years ago at Egg Harbor Cafe when my family moved to Lake Forest. We struck up a conversation that morning, mostly regarding your Griffin, and my son Anthony. I'll never forget how friendly you were, and how sweet and adorable Griffin was. My heart aches for you and your family. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Griffen... I am away from the city, where the night sky is beautiful and I see a new star in Heaven shining brighter than all the others. Rest in peace and know how much you are loved.
