Kelli Burroughs Obituary

Kelli Beth Burroughs went home to be with our Lord on Monday June 30th 2025. Kelli was born in Joplin Missouri to the late Wayne Burtcher and Carolyn Burtcher. She has made Lake City her home since 2008, moving here from Pahokee, FL.
She was a member of Pine Grove Baptist church here in Lake City FL.
Kelli took pride in being a stay at home Mom until 2008 when she made a career as a substitute teacher here Columbia County. In her spare time she enjoyed spending time and being a care taker for her family, along with her love of music.
She is preceded in death by her parents and younger brother, Timothy Burtcher.
She is survived by her children, Heather Wood (Charles) of Lake City, Brent Burroughs of Okeechobee, and Erin Burroughs of New York. Grandchildren Micheal Brent Burroughs and Colton Dale Burroughs, Rodger Burroughs of Okeechobee, one Brother Stephen Burtcher( Diane) of Boise Idaho, along with extended family and friends.
A memorial for Ms. Burroughs will be conducted on July 28th, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. in the Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplin Allen Wood officiating. The family will receive family for a time and visitation after the service. Arrangements are under the direction and care of GATEWAY-FOREST LAWN FUNERAL HOME, 3596 S.
