Ned Rader Obituary
Lancaster - Ned Delano Rader, 79 of Lancaster passed away on Monday July 30th, 2018 at the Arbors at Carroll. Ned was born in Circleville, Ohio on October 23rd, 1938 to the late Glenn and Elizabeth Rader. He and his loving wife, Nellie, owned and operated Ned's Nursery for many years. Ned was a patent holder for the Lemon Pfizz Juniper plant. He was a longtime member of the Fairfield Christian Church. While Ned enjoyed being around the business; he received the most joy in his life by leading others to his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He will always be remembered for openly proclaiming his Faith in the Lord.
Ned is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Nellie; daughters, Martha (Stephen) Conkel, Nancy (Kevin) Trout, Jessica (Andrew) Bezant, Suzanne (James) Hixon, and Peggy (Eric) Altherr; 13 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brothers, Lowell (Rita) Rader, and Noell Rader; sister, Ann Hennis; and many other loving family members.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Dudley Rader; and son-in-law, Joseph Aebi.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, August 3rd, 2018 at 11AM at the HALTEMAN-FETT & DYER FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Mark Barbee officiating. Burial is to follow at Bethany Cemetery. Friends and family may visit on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8PM at the funeral home.

So sorry to hear about Neds passing. I worked with him at menards he was a very kind soul and great person. I will miss his laugh. Prayers to his family and friends. Bless you ....
