Grief never ends .... but it changes. It is a passage, not a place to stay. Grief is not a sign of weakness nor a lack of faith ... it is the price of love.
Barbara was loved.

Dear Dr. Shellow and extended family, My deepest sympathies on your loss of Barbara. The few times I met her at UCLA dermatology functions she was such a kind person who always made me feel welcome and she was so positive. She had such a fighting spirit through her difficult health challenges. She loved volunteering at the Japanese Garden. I visited there on the recommendation of Dr. Shellow several years ago and enjoyed it. I know you will remember how much she cared for all of you that you will forever keep in your memories.
