I'm so, so sorry to hear about Ed. I worked for him for 5 years at WB. He was one of my two favorite bosses ever (and I've had a lot of them). He was a good, kind, and generous man.

Ed, our dear friend, sports fan and music devotee, wonderful cook, beloved husband, fabulous father, will be missed by all who knew and loved him. So many memories flood over us as we say our final good byes. Time goes by so quickly. It seems like only yesterday that we were hanging out in college planning what to do with our young lives. Ed accomplished so much, professionally and personally. His family adored him and he cherished his wife and children. They were his life.

We miss you so much Ed, but memories of our times spent together will stay in our hearts forever.

Ed was one of the best people I have ever known. He was caring. He was loyal. When Ed would ask me to hold his calls I learned to not say He's not here but rather He's behind closed doors because he would hear me talking to whoever it was and inevitably pick up. He just wanted to help. But his ability to love is what stood out the most for me. He loved his friends he loved his sports but most of all he loved his family.
On a funny note, I am thinking that he is cooking up some outstanding food and with Jonathan Gold just passing on maybe he is getting a michellin star. Or whatever it is called in heaven.
Debbie, Abby, Ryan, Ellie I LOVE YOU and will always be here for you. Charles, Jody, Brent, Jill, Susan, Ron and the others I am forgetting... I hope to pay my respects and also visit with you all in the coming days. Condolences, love and hugs to you all. Thank you for always making me part of the family.
And may we all love a little more like Ed. May he Rest In Peace.
P.S Today was a beautiful service and of course standinfroom only for Ed! I was so honored to be an honorary pallbearer. That was special for me, thank you for thinking and including me.
