Emily, I can't believe its been exactly one month today. Its been the longest month of many peoples lives. Not one day has passed that I have not thought deeply about you. Although there has been a lot of tears, I try not to cry because I know if you were here you would have a huge smile on your face. Every time I look down at my wrist and see the bracelet for the Pass it Forward campaign in your name I either gain a smile or shed a tear, but I know which one you would be doing right now. Every single day I look at your facebook page and its incredible to see how much love there is for you, if only we could have you back. Leigh would always tell me that I would need to watch over you once she went to college because you were the last one left in the house. Well, this August Leigh's leaving to college and I wish I you could be here so I can protect you from the high school drama that every girl has to encounter.I remember that exact minute Leigh had told me that, I was so excited because I've always wanted a younger sister and I had always thought about what you would be like when you were older. I know you would be beautiful, funny, and generous, everything you were now but just more physically mature. I always wanted to be good friends with you because Leigh and I are two years apart, and then you are two years younger than me. It made sense in my mind, and let me tell you I know we would have had some amazing experiences. Although I can not lead you down the paths of being a teenager, I know that you lived your life to the fullest every single day.I can't believe its been one month since you left us, may you rest in peace baby. Like they say "Only The Good Die Young."

Emily. Its been almost a month, and it still hurts tremendosly to think about. People say "time heals wounds," but who ever said that, didnt know you. You touched my heart in so many ways. And you will live in my heart for ever and ever. My sister Ally, you're good friend, is beyond devastated. She has you and her as 5 year olds on her binder, bulliten board, and screen savor as her phone. You are so missed, and you must know you are so so so loved. I still don't understand why this had to happen, to you of all people. You didn't deserve this. I miss you baby girl. Love always.
