Linda Dora Slavin

1940 - 2018

December 25, 1940 - May 19, 2018 Linda Slavin passed away peacefully on Saturday surrounded by her loving family. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Linda attended University High School and then went onto UCLA where she earned a degree as a teacher. Shortly after graduation, Linda married the love of her life, Richard Slavin, her husband for 53 years. Linda and Richard had two daughters, Jennifer and Kathy. Linda was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend. She touched so many lives in her 77 years. Her strength, love, guidance, and kindness will be remembered and missed by all who knew her. Linda is survived by her two daughters, Jennifer and Kathy, their husbands Michael and Marc, her grandchildren, Kayla, Justin, Zachary, Trevor, and Annie. Linda is also survived by her brother Roger Howard and his wife Linda. Funeral services will be held at Mount Sinai Memorial Park, Hollywood Hills, on May 23 at 12:30 pm.
