Sylvia Schatten Obituary
Born November 23rd, 1918 in New York City. Sylvia passed away on October 19th at 85 years old after a battle with Alzheimer's Disease. Widow of Frank Schatten, Sylvia is survived by loving children, Laurie and John Viola, Steven and Francoise Schatten, Kenneth and Sharon Schatten, and Gerald and Heather Schatten; beloved grandchildren, Lynnette, Mark, Miranda, Eric, Franny, Kristin, Daniel, Madeline and Samantha, and two great-grandchildren. She is loved by all and will be greatly missed. Sylvia was a devoted wife and nurturing mother of four children. She enjoyed art, music and travel and had a great passion for life. Services will be held on October 22nd at 9:30 AM at Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks in Westlake Village, CA.
