I loved Mr. Humphrey´s sense of humor. I had him for 11th grade English and then took his Bible Lit Class in 12th grade (2016). I remember he would always mention his girlfriend Megan. I glad to hear that they got married .
The last time I saw him was sometime in 2018 when I ran into him at LBCC. He was sitting on top of a bench with his legs crossed.
Rest in peace Mr Humphries. I´m glad I got to be one of your students. My condolences to your wife and family.

He never failed to understand each one of us and allowed me to understand my own feelings. Mr. Humphries inspires me to continue writing.

Mr. Humphries was my most favorite AP English teacher at Lakewood. He taught me there´s a lot more to English than I thought there was. He was full of charisma and personality though we may have not known what he was going through. We will forever remember you Mr. Humphries.
