Michael Zolocsik Obituary

Michael J. Zolocsik, 62, of Worthington RD1 (West Frank-lin Township), died Thursday, July 24, 2003 at his residence.

He was born Oct. 28, 1940 in NuMine to John and Victoria (Rusnica) Zolocsik. Mr. Zolocsik retired from Specialty Tires in Indiana. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He belonged to St. John?s Roman Catholic Church in Coylesville. Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Edna (Waratuke) Zolocsik, who he married July 6, 1962; one son, Michael Zolocsik of Worthington; four daughters, Vicky Keys of Adrian, Karen McLafferty of Butler, Elizabeth Waratuke of Gainesville, Fla., and Susan Kenny of Pittsburgh; four grandchildren; one brother, John Zolocsik of Dayton; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister. ZOLOCSIK ? Friends of Michael J. Zolocsik, 62, of Worthington RD1 (West Franklin Township), who died July 24, 2003 will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home, Bear St., Worthington. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. John?s Roman Catholic Church, Coylesville, with the Rev. David DeWitt officiating. Burial will be at the St. John?s Catholic Cemetery, Fenelton. The family re-quests memorial contributions may be made to the Oncology Patient Assistance Program. Arrangements by Snyder.
