Phenix City, Alabama- Christopher Joey McNair, 43, of Phenix City, entered into eternal peace on Saturday, July 2, 2016.
Joey was born in Columbus, Ga on December 5, 1972. He attended Russell County High School. Joey was a kind and gentle soul with a contagious laugh and love for the simplest of things. He had a lifelong passion for music, playing the drums, football, baseball and for making others laugh. Joey found his greatest joy in his daughter, Nichole.
Joey is survived by his loving daughter, Nichole McNair; mother, Sue Gore and husband Don; father, Kenny McNair and wife Sherry; brother, Ken McNair and wife Shana, and their daughters Ariel and Hope; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and loved ones.
Visitation will be held at Colonial Funeral Home in Phenix City, Al on July 6, 2016 at 6:00 – 8:00 pm.
Graveside funeral service will be held at Parkhill Cemetery in Columbus, Ga on July 7, 2016 at 10:00 am with Reverend Danny Hix officiating.
The family wishes to extend gratitude to all friends and family for their support during this difficult time. While we grieve the passing of Joey from this place, we find comfort in knowing he is now with his Heavenly Father.
