Frederick Neal "Freddy" Wynn, Sr. August 17, 1935- April 25, 2006 LAGRANGE, GA— Frederick Neal "Freddy" Wynn, Sr., 70, of LaGrange, GA. died Tuesday, April 25, 2006 at West Georgia Medical Center of LaGrange, GA. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, April 28, 2006 in Parkhill Cemetery with Rev. Gene Boyd officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Wynn was born August 17, 1935 in Columbus, GA., son of the late Neal Stanford Wynn and Laurie Hyson Wynn. He had retired from National Disturbers as a salesman. Mr. Wynn was an avid coon hunter and a founding member of the Columbus Boat Club. One of his favorite things to say was, "Are you ready to go coon hunting?" His love of family and the outdoors will be cherished by his family and close friends. Mr. Wynn was preceded in death by a sister, Grace Ann Wynn Childress and Jimmy Wynn. Survivors include his fiance', Deborah Payton of LaGrange, GA.; two children, Freddy Wynn, Jr. and his wife Debra of Phenix City, AL., Karen Sue King of Columbus, GA.; three siblings, Frank Wynn and his wife Joan of Columbus, GA., Hyson Wynn Roth of Columbus, GA. and Mary Ross Wynn King of Columbus, GA.; a brother in law, Andrew Childress of Columbus, GA.; eleven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; several very special nieces and nephews.
