Jacqueline Ariana Camacho June 4, 2005- June 4, 2005 COLUMBUS, GA— Jacqueline Ariana Camacho was born and passed on June 4 at Columbus Regional Medical Center. Graveside services will be held Monday, June 13 at Parkhill Cemetery, according to Vance-Brooks Funeral Home. Father Robert T. Hand will officiate the service. The family will receive friends Monday, June 13 from 9 to 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Jacqueline Ariana Camacho was born June 4, 2005, daughter of Chad Christopher Camacho, Sr., and Tonya Lee Camacho. She is preceded in death by her aunt, Jacqueline Ortiz. Survivors other than her parents include a sister, Autumn Rose Camacho of Columbus; a brother, Chad C. Camacho, Jr., of Columbus; paternal grandparents, Domingo and Teresa Camacho of Cussetta, Ga.; maternal grandparents, Connie Sizemore and Randy and Heather Sizemore; an aunt, Beth Bettin; uncles, Ronald Mosqueda, Jr., and Chester Camacho, Chris Bettin; cousins, Montein Bettin and Chantal Bettin.
