Phenix City, Alabama - Mr. Marcus L. Sellers, 32 of Phenix City, AL passed Wednesday, November 3, 2021 in Columbus, GA.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. EST, Saturday, November 13, 2021 in the C.T. Chapel of Taylor Funeral. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Friday, November 12, 2021 from 12-5 according to Taylor Funeral Home, Inc.
Mr. Sellers was born August 15, 1989 in Columbus, GA to John Phillips and Diane Sellers. He was a Correctional Office with the Lee County Sheriffs Office.
Survivors include his parents, John Phillips and Diane Sellers; son, Jamirson Sellers; sister, Angela (Kevin) Sellers; two step sisters, Cynthia (Michael) Eddings and Debra (Marc) Upshaw; two brothers, Ronald Sellers and Kenneth Sellers; step brother, John Phillips, Jr.; and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.

You were like a son to me. You and Jessica were like brother and sister. You met a lot of people in the family that adored you dearly. I'm so happy your not suffering anymore! God has a plan for you. I wanted to be selfish and pray for him to heal you and you stay here with us.
You just watch over Jamerson, Jess and her family. You will be in my heart always. I Love & Miss You Son! Until we meet again! RIP
