Rose Silberman January 8, 1932 - December 11, 2010 WAVERLY HALL, GA — Rose Silberman, 78, of Waverly Hall, GA passed away at her home Saturday, December 11, 2010. The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 15, 2010 beginning at 4:00 PM at Vance-Brooks Funeral Home. Rose Silberman was born January 8, 1932 in Spiegelberg Germany to the late Emil and Fridia Maurer. Rose loved to dance and travel the world, she always had a ready smile and a kind word for everyone she met, the pride and joy of her life was her children and grandchildren. Other than her parents, Emil and Frida, Rose was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 56 years, Sydney H. Silberman, son, Mark Silberman, a brother, Emil Maurer and a sister, Anne Vierneisel. Rose is survived by three sons, Henry P. Silberman and wife, Mary Lynn of Waverly Hall, GA, Wayne R. Silberman and wife, Dori of Altamonte Springs, FL, and Robert J. Silberman and wife, Laura of Titusville, FL; one brother, Walter Maurer and wife, Hidie of Germany; grandchildren, Shanna McDonald Smith of Birmingham, AL, Amanda Wilson of Atlanta, GA, Laura L. A. Silberman of Phenix City, AL, David M. Silberman of Coco Beach, FL, Nicohlas M. Silberman of Titusville, FL, Jay Nordick of Altamonte Springs, FL, Christopher Nordick of Altamonte Springs, FL, Maria Keslar of College Park, FL, Erik W. Johnson of Titusville, FL, and Nicky D. Johnson of Titusville, FL; and nine great grandchildren. Rose was a kind loving person that will remain in our hearts forever.
