Joseph McCarthy Obituary
Antrim NH - It is with profound sadness and heavy heart that I announce the passing on of my dad, Joseph James McCarthy.
Born 4/18/1945 to Gladys and Charles McCarthy in Chelsea, Massachusetts. Joe grew up in Saugus, Massachusetts. He was a resident of Bennington and Antrim since 1976.
He was a devoted Christian, dad, papa, brother and friend. He loved to read his bible and enjoyed writing. My dad wrote and published a book and wrote many poems and songs. He was truly a loving and caring man to many, always thought of others first. I am proud to have called him my dad.
Joe is survived by his 2 of 3 children, Dennie and James (Joseph Jr. passed on in May of 1992), his 5 grandchildren, Elisha, Kendra, Zachary, Kyle and Jamie, 3 great grandchildren, Colby, Adriana, and Sawyer and 3 of his 4 siblings, William, Charles, and John. (Peggy who has also passed on)
Those who knew my dad are invited to Hillsboro Methodist Church (16 Henniker St. Hillsboro)on Saturday 2/22 at 2:00 for his service.
