Scott Blake Obituary
Fitchburg, MA - Scott Michael Blake, 64, of Fitchburg, MA grooved his way out of this life and into his next chapter on May 9, 2025 at St. Vincent's Hospital Worcester following a brief but aggressive bout with cancer. He was surrounded by his loved ones.
He leaves his loving wife, Michelle Anne (Stenuis) Blake, adoring sister Bethany Blake and brother-in-law, Pat Kelly, and his children Cassie Lee Blake DeMass, Marissa Ann Blake Hofstetter, Elizabeth Nicole Victoria and Michael James Victoria.

A Funeral Mass for Scott will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 10am in Our Lady of The Lake Church 1400 Main St. Leominster, MA. All friends and relatives are welcome to attend. There are no calling hours.
