Friends and family are warmly invited to calling hours on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 from 5:00 to 7:00PM at the Cournoyer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 33 River Street, (Route 202) Jaffrey.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, July 11, 2013 at 1:00PM at St. Patrick Church, 89 Main Street, Jaffrey. Rev. Wilfred H. Deschamps, Pastor will officiate.
The family respectfully requests that in lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions be made in Tom's memory to The Plowshare Farm, 32 Whitney Drive, Greenfield, NH.
