Adam O'Brien Obituary
He was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut and lived in Fairfield, Connecticut until age 8, when the family moved to Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from St. Pius X Catholic High School in 1997 and attended Georgia State University, graduating from the University of Georgia in 2002.
He started his career with Cbeyond, LLC, and for the last four years has been employed at Microsoft as a Digital Technical Specialist. Adam will always be known as a caring, fun-loving, and funny person people liked to be around. Everybody who knew him, loved him.
Adam is survived by his parents; his son, Parker, of Arlington, TX; his sister, Erin Knowles (Jeffrey), along with their children, Kelsey and Colin, of Indian Land, South Carolina and his sister, Elyse O'Brien, from Brookhaven, Georgia.
A funeral Mass will take place on Friday, July 25, 2025, at 10 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas, 1719 Post Road, Fairfield, Connecticut, 06824. Friends and family may gather at the church. A reception will follow at the Gaelic American Club, 74 Beach Road, Fairfield, Connecticut, from noon to 2 p.m. Internment at Oak Lawn Cemetery will be private.
