I was a former student of Mr. Varga in the mid 1970's. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. Mr. Varga was a great and fair teacher to us. He made us study hard and do our best. I am grateful for all his help at Siena. My condolences to his family.

Dear Diane and Family,
There was no finer man than Alex. He was a longtime friend and in many ways part of the caregiving team over the years for my aunt, Jane Applebaum. Nobody could ask for a better friend of the family over the years. Generous, kind, an excellent business man, and a heart of gold was Alex Varga. He was also generous to my grandmother, Erma Sherman while she worked at The Bottle Shop with Aunt Jane. We need so many more men in the world like him. I am sorry that you did not have as many years together with Alex as I remember your parents had with their marriage, but I am sure that many years of good memories will help you and Lexi, Gabbi, and all the family through this tough time.
