My deepest condolences to both the Casey family and the Taglianetti family. I just recently discovered this news and am absolutely gutted. I met Alison when she and her family lived in Winnipeg, Canada. I babysat Patrick, Jonathan and Andrew while Pete played for the Jets. You're all in our thoughts and prayers.

I'm so very sad to hear about Alison's passing. We worked together in Winnipeg and I babysat you older three boys from time to time. She was such a warm, fun and lovely person and I have so many great memories of you all when you were here. We're all sending warm hugs from up north.

Dear Peter and kids, I am so sorry for your loss. Alison and I worked together at her McMurray and then Bridgeville gyms. She was such a vibrant light. I remember when the kids were young. Alison was so happy being a mom. I pray she is in a better place. Peace be with you all. May your good memories with Alison, your mom, stay with you forever.

I have not been in contact with Alison for some time but she was a fantastic trainer and caring person when I was with her at Tag Team and her Great Southern Shopping Center gym. She was professionally dynamic and somehow managed to keep all of her adorable kids going, always smiling. I can still see little Corey in a tutu running around with Louis. I am so sad for all of you, God bless your family. - Charlotte Stephenson

It is with great heaviness of heart that we heard the news of Alison's passing. She was a great mother to her children and a terrific friend. She was always willing to give to others with kindness and compassion. It is with great regret, that she could not be helped with the struggle she faced. She will be deeply missed by many. The kids are strong and will carry on with fond memories and the very best of Alison inside them. Rest In Peace my friend.

Allison and I attend the same elementary school, middle school, and high school, and I always thought she was a beautiful, very confident person with a great deal of moxie. She was someone who we all admired and respected. As an adult, I will always remember the time I bumped into her unexpectedly in Pittsburgh (I am originally from Pittsburgh and a graduate of Pitt) and her huge smile as she told me all about her children. May she rest in peace and have the love of all of us who were touched by her.

To the Taglianetti Family,
My sincere sympathy on the loss of your mom. I did not know her personally but I worked at the Igloo Club as a Manager when your dad played for the Pens. We would do the food and beverage for the Wives Room. I remember your mom's friendly and bubbly personality. She was always very nice to me and our staff. Please know that she is watching over you and hold all your Mom Memories in your hearts forever. PEACE
