Allison Blayne Carter

Allison was born on March 26, 1992 and passed away on Friday, September 6, 2019. She graduated from the Duncan High School. No services will be held in Duncan. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Survivors include her father Donald Carter and wife Sandi Carter, her mother Tricia Murphy and husband Kelly Johnson all of Rock Springs, Wyoming; her sister Megean Carter and two brothers Derrick and Tye Carter and her second mom Heather Carter all of Rock Springs, Wyoming; her second dad Allen Brooks of Candler, North Carolina; two children Keelan Carter and Matthew Murphy both of Rock Springs, Wyoming; her maternal grandparents Patrick and Susan Murphy of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Uncle Mike and Aunt Cathy Murphy and cousins Shawn and Thomas Murphy of Rock Springs, Wyoming; maternal great grandma Connie Vigil of Battle Mountain, Nevada; paternal grandparents Donald “Tricky??? and Tanya Carter of Las Vegas, Nevada; Uncle Mark and Aunt Cyndi Carter of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin; Aunt Gina DeBoer of Casper, Wyoming; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
