STEPHENSON, Allison L., 86, of Zephyrhills, died Wednesday, July 21, 2004, at East Pasco Medical Center. A native of Gouverneur, N.Y., she moved to this area 31 years ago from Staten Island, N.Y. She was a retired dietitian and previously the head dietitian for Farm Colony Hospital in Staten Island. Survivors include a son, Roy Stephenson of Zephyrhills; two grandchildren, Judy Padula and Laura Dolasco, both of Union, N.J.; and a great-grandson, Christopher. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday (today), July 23, 2004, in the chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home in Zephyrhills, with Pastor Craig Ford officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Gardens in Dade City. Hodges Family Funeral Home & Cremation Center 5221 8th St. Zephyrhills, Fla.
