Age 84, surrounded by his family on Monday, November 29, 2010 of Highland Park, formerly of Bloomfield. Loving husband of the late Marlene E. (Munn); beloved father of Henry E. (Kathi), Anthony E., Jr. (Peggy), Richard A., Robert A. (Jay Kirk), and Kevin J. (Michele); brother of Mary Tressler, Jean Bell, Benny J. and the late Catherine Maggio; special uncle of Beth Getkin and family; proud grandfather of Jennifer, Anthony, F.J. and Meghan; great-grandfather of Julia. Friends will be received at the JOHN F. SLATER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Funeral prayer on Thursday morning at 9:00. Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Heart Church, 310 Shady Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15206 at 10:00 a.m. If desired, family suggests contributions to P.A.
