Anthony L. A. Williams (Tony) 61 passed away Friday January 17, 2020 at The University of Tennessee Medical Center Knoxville, TN.
Born November 19, 1958 Knoxville, TN to Ulysses Eugene Williams Sr and Geraldine Britton Williams. 1977 Graduate of Rule High School employed at Ucore in Oak Ridge, TN and the Owner of Turbo Lawn Care Service. Knoxville, TN.
Preceded in death by father Ulysses Eugene Williams Sr, 2 brothers and 1 sister.
Survived by mother, Geraldine Britton Williams; wife, Anna M Cannon Williams of 19 yrs; children, Anthony L. A. Williams II, Catesha N Williams, and Arieana G. Dixon; grandchildren, Makiya Garrett, Timothy Williams, Ayana Porter and Elijah B.; and a host of brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
The family will recieve friends Tuesday, Jan. 28 2020 from 4-5 with the service to follow at 5 at Fourth Presbyterian Church at 1323 N. Broadway St. with Rev. Elizabeth Peterson officiating. The final resting place will be at Berry Highland South on Wednesday Jan. 29 at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements made with integrity by Unity Mortuary.

I just heard about Tony's passing today. I am brokenhearted. He was a man of integrity, kindness, compassion, and an outstanding work ethic. I am honored to have been able to call him a friend for the past 8 years. He will be missed greatly.

Anna and family,
I am just hearing of Tony's passing. I am so so sorry for your loss. He was an amazing man and I have seen him weekly for years. He was such a family man, he talked so much about you all that I feel as if I know you yet we have never met. My children are as devastated as I am in hearing the news. He was such an upstanding man with an impeccable work ethic. But what I respected more than anything was his openness with expressing love for his wife and family!! We will be in touch.

I'll never forget at my blood-father's funeral, you stood beside me. From that point forward you took me in and guided me through life's struggles. You stood beside me at my wedding day, but most importantly you stood beside me when you didn't have to. You guided me through this crazy world. Turbo Tony, thank you for befriending me when I first started working at ORRL. You gave me hope that I wouldn't be alone and would always have a friend in you. We sure did have some fun laughs and sharing strategies about crushing candy, but I can bet you are now enjoying no pain.
