Goodbye my old mate Tony!
First met Tony at Westlake boys, surfed with him over the years. Only found out of your passing after the funeral, would have loved to have been there.

CROOKENDEN, Antony Edward (Tony). Loving son of the late Allan and Betty Crookenden. Loved and respected brother of Ashley, Ian (USA), Geoffrey (deceased), Elizabeth and Peter. Tony will be greatly missed by his many nephews and nieces and extended family. His wit and good humour will always be remembered by those who met and knew him. Rest in peace Tony.
