April had a way of lighting up a room with her smile. She was a true blessing to everyone that knew her. No matter how much time passed without contact, she made me feel as though we could pick right up where we left off. She was the definition of true friendship. I remember pool parties, fights for 1st chair in band and singing together on stage with matching Christmas tree sweaters. I will cherish every memory of our years together. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and loved ones. Aaron and Tyra, may you continue to feel the love that April has for you.

Our hearts are so sad and heavy for all of you. I remember when April was born, but haven't been around her that much. She and Aaron came to one of our Thanksgiving dinners at Mother & daddy's several years ago, and thank goodness for FB, we reconnected the past few years. I have enjoyed corresponding with her and following her interests. she loved her family and everyone else it seems. She will be missed! Our prayers go out to all of you that were closest to her.
