Mike and Diane, we have been in Florida the last 3 years. We just moved back to Eagle and learned of Toni's passing. There aren't any words to describe our sorrow. You are in our prayers.

Michael and Diane, I don't have words to say. I only hear good things about Roni, and it is difficult to understand God's reasons for allowing this to happen. Our God is sovereign, and somewhere, somehow, He has a reason for this. While our brains cannot begin to understand the reasons, there is no doubt that God has them. Perhaps some day, you will see the joy in this trial, perhaps the outpouring of love was this joy. We cannot understand the actions of our Creator, but we know He loves us and for some reason let Roni come to Him. People from all over the world are praying for your family, that you would find rest and peace. Our faiths are not the same, but our God is! He is a God of love and mercy.
Friends that have lost a oved one tell me that the most difficult part is that God could have stopped it. Obviously, that was not His plan. I cannot even begin to imagine the grief you are facing, and I will not tell you that I do. But I know that God loves you and that if you continue to cling to Him you will begin to heal. When King David's son was to be taken, David was a mess, grieving and constantly insisting to be alone. But once the boy died, David was OK, knowing that God's plan had come true and knowing the day would come when he would see his son again. "He cannot come to me, but I can go to him."
I tried to reach you by phone, but could not. Perhaps we can have a talk when the pain is not so fresh. Michael, Diane, and all your children, Joni and Larry: Wayne and I love you all and have not stopped praying for you as you go through this difficult time. We even have people from Turkana, Kenya praying for you...all those miles away. They are "prayer warriors."
With love from the bottom of our hearts,
Wayne and Jean

Heartbroken to hear today of Roni's passing. Although I didn't know him his parents are my cousins and my heart breaks for them..sometimes there are just no words...

Roni was such a bright spirit. I feel so grateful that I got to spend a week with him in Idaho's Mountains before he passed. I know he is at peace now and will be with us on every hike we take.

While I only spoke with Roni on the phone he seemed to be a great kid! I am sorry for your loss.

Dear Mike and Diane, I just wanted to reach out and tell you how very sorry we are about Roni's passing. He was such a great kid with an amazing smile and kind heart.
When I initially went to look information up regarding the funeral and googled his name, the first thing that popped up was his Facebook. Looking through it, there was a post he had sent to Mitch years ago inquiring about his broken arm and checking in on him. I share that with you because I feel like it epitomizes the kind, caring person he was... Always extending a kind word.
Please know Roni and all of your family will continue to be in our thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely,
Terry, Nikki and Mitch Reynolds
