Dear Joan and family. I am so sorry to have learned about Art's passing. I saw a dedication to Art in St. Gabriel's church bulletin this past Sunday. I was out of town the week of Art's passing and had no idea. Art was such a great guy and i was happy to be a bus buddy with Art after years of working at the airport. You and Art were always so helpful and supportive of my parents in Dad's years in the House. On their behalf, they send their condolences also. I will keep you in my prayers. Regards, Linda Book

Deeply saddened to hear of Art's passing.
Tho I haven't seen him in many years, we had a special friendship I'll cherish..
I'll remember Art as a man with great integrity---Love of family--a Devout Catholic who genuinely loved everyone.
Man we had some fun Coaching in BWAA. He was a WINNER who gave plenty to his community.
These God given gifts made Baldwin Whitehall Special, especially in the number of lives he touched..
I'll miss you ARTURO---and will wonder WHY you had to leave the game so early---much too early..
Joan Mark & Mike, Please accept our heartfelt sympathy..

Mrs. Marizzaldi, Marc, and Mike you are in my thoughts and prayers. Mr. Marizzaldi was a kind, loving, thoughtful man. I have fond memories of him when Marc and I hung out in Baldwin when we were children. Mr. Marizzaldi will never be forgotten. My condolences are with the whole Marizzaldi family.

Art was my "Uncle Art", even though I am 20 days older than he is. I was born December 4, he was born on December 24 in 1944. How many uncles and nieces can claim that happening?
I remember calling him last year to ask whether he could come to the Pittsburgh airport to take me home. He said he could, met me at the airport, and drove me home. I was grateful to him for that,
I feel badly for the suffering he endured living through his battle with cancer. I feel worse for the fact that my prayers for his cure weren't answered. Perhaps God wanted Art in heaven. So now all of his pain and suffering are over, and Art will be comfortable in heaven with God.
Love, Marlene

Joan and Family
It's difficult to hear of Art passing. We had so many great times together from grade school on. I'm sure he knew of Jim Berardi dying last month. Cars were our life then and we really had fun working on them. Both he and Jim became good family men and proud of their accomplishments.
Peace be with you.

Very saddened to hear this news. I worked side-by-side with Art for many years at Union National Bank/Integra/National City. Art was a great man and good friend. Art was wise, thoughtful, understanding, compassionate, and had an awesome sense of humor. We had coffee and read the paper together for many years before work at Joan's Coffee Shop on Fourth Ave. I knew Art well and always had the greatest admiration for him. I'll pray for the Marizzaldi family to have peace at this time of great loss. Art would appreciate those prayers as he was a man of great faith. He trusted God and believed in Jesus. We will see Art again one day at His big table. Until then, we can rest in how much our lives were enriched by the fact that we knew a wonderful man like Art Marizzaldi.

My deepest condolences to Joan and Art's family and friends. I had the great pleasure of working with Art for 11 years. He was a kind, humorous man who always left you with a smile on your face, or a laugh to brighten your day. Art will be greatly missed by everyone whose life he touched. Rest in peace Art. Godspeed.
