Arvid FRYDENLUND Obituary
Arvid Frydenlund born July 22, 1921 in South Allan to Elise and Anton Frydenlund passed away peacefully on August 9, 2017 surrounded by family. Arvie is survived by his wife of 58 years, Niela. Together they have four children: Loree-Lee Frydenlund, Lonny Frydenlund (Pamela), Cindy Eckart (Brad) and Kari Soroski (Jim). Eight grandchildren: Arvie Frydenlund, Ty Frydenlund, Brayden Eckart (Emily), McKenzie Eckart (Jordan), Matt Soroski (Stephanie), Kendahl Heroux (Elwood), Nicholas Soroski (Kellyn), Hannah Soroski (Brendan) and three great- grandchildren: Jacob Soroski, Kenley Soroski and Lucia Heroux. The family would like to thank the staff of Stensrud Lodge for their care over the past two years. A Memorial service for Arvid will be held on Saturday, August 19 at 2:00 p.m. at McClure United Church, 4025 Taylor Street East, Saskatoon. Arrangements in care of MARTENS WARMAN FUNERAL HOME (306-934-4888).

Dear Neila, It is with great fondness I recall the memories of growing up with you and Arvid as "parents of some of my best friends" I will remember always Arvid's gentle ways, and great smile. A life well lived. My condolences.
