Barbara M. Hale

Barbara Marie Hale, of Hyde Park, died on March 16, at the age of 89. Born to Charles and Henrietta Grant of Hyde Park, Ms. Hale attended Girls' Latin School and received her Registered Nursing certification from the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) School of Nursing. Trained as a nurse anesthetist, she was a member of the U.S. Cadet Nurse Corps and worked for many years at MGH, as well as Faulkner, Milton, and Bournewood Hospitals. Ms. Hale was predeceased by her husband Joseph N. Hale and her daughter Jennifer A. Hale. She is survived by her son, Charles J. Hale, of Salisbury, MA, two grandchildren, and two nephews.
