MAYHEW, Barry Peacefully at St. Mary's of the Lake Hospital on Wednesday, July 21, 2004, in his 67th year. Loving father of Greg and Teresa Mayhew, David and Bina Mayhew, grandfather of Sarah, Ashley, Jacob and Michael. Survived by his brother Mark Mayhew of Ottawa. Special thanks to the staff of St. Mary's of the Lake Hospital, 3 south for their excellent friendship and care. Resting at the James Reid Funeral Home, Cataraqui Chapel (Counter Street at Highway 2). Friends will be received on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service to be held in the Chapel on Monday, July 26, 2004 at 12:30 p.m. Interment Cataraqui Cemetery.
